I was an intern at CRA Munich during my second year of master studies at Karolinska Institutet. During the internship I was involved in a project at CRA. The project work comprised mainly of desk research.

To start with, I experienced work within a truly professional team that consisted of well-experienced and competent consultants who stand out with excellent analytical and presentational skills. Moreover, the atmosphere was positively challenging as the firm stresses professional attention to detail and meaningful and valuable provision of deliverables. Finally, the way I was mentored and supervised was personal and adequate. Not only could I ask my colleagues for advice but I was also given constructive feedback that was directed at work itself, not the person and aimed at increased efficiency and quality of performance.

I feel equipped with a big amount of consulting knowledge within pharmaceutical environment that has definitely enriched my life science experience.
