Your impact:

As a Senior Manager Digital Solutions (m/f/x), you will advise our clients and apply digital technologies and implementation methodologies. Your role will involve driving customer transformation through a disciplined approach that enables continuous evolution, innovation, and operation of their customer-facing digital platforms and solutions.

 

  • Network: You will be a trusted advisor to our clients in the digital CRM & marketing technology domain and build lasting business relationships with their Sponsors and Leadership.
  • Business Development: You have an extensive network, can generate new projects and create the necessary proposals. You also have extensive experience in maintaining key account relationships.
  • Clients: You will participate in and lead various aspects of the proposal development process. Additionally, you will contribute to developing proposal pricing strategies, including innovative deal constructs that encompass Operate, and potentially Advise and Implement services.
  • Projects: You will manage and deliver client engagements covering implementation, operations, continuous enhancements and innovation of digital technology platforms at scale.
  • Leadership: You will organize and lead pursuit teams You will provide input and guidance into the staffing process; actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities; provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices.

 

Your skillset:

 

  • Around 10+ years of experience in Consulting, Customer Operate, Implementation in the area of CRM digital solutions
  • Proven track record in managing large-scale full-life-cycle implementations and operations of digital customer platforms such as Salesforce, MS Dynamics, Adobe and other SAAS platforms. Sound knowledge in SDLC methodologies including Agile, SCRUM, SCALE and also ITIL.
  • Experience in managing Operate KPIs such as SLAs, productivity gains, cost reductions, agile KPIs etc. is a must. Experience in managing multicultural and globally distributed teams is a big plus.
  • Profound skills in business development activities such as pursuit management, proposal preparation, pricing model preparation, presentations to clients etc.
  • Willingness to travel, excellent spoken and written communication skills in English and German
